I really appreciated that they spotted an elevator I didn’t even know existed, which made the move faster and smoother.They handled the one flight of stairs in my apartment with no trouble, offered to place items exactly where I wanted them, and even offered to assemble things. I just had Movers Services Inc pack me for a cross country move. They could not have been more considerate or professional! Several of the employees I recognized from the last time I used their predecessor company, Heritage, that they acquired a couple of years ago. It must be a good company to work for, because they seem to retain their crew for a long time. Everybody was very experienced and treated all of my furniture with great care. I've moved with several of these guys locally before and in three prior moves they've never broken a single thing! I highly recommend them.

I recently used Mover Services for my residential move in Los Angeles and was thoroughly impressed. The crew arrived on time, was efficient, and polite throughout the process. Their innovative color‑coded labeling system for items to move, to store, or to dispose that kept everything perfectly organized, and made the whole experience very easy and stress‑free. They disassembled all of my bedroom furniture and unmounted the wall‑mounted TVs using their own tools, handling everything with care and precision. Pricing was transparent, affordable, and without hidden fees. It was an excellent value for the level of service received. Overall, the experience was fantastic. I’d highly recommend Mover Services to anyone looking for great movers who take the extra steps to get each detail right.

It was supposed to be a simple one day move from Long Beach to Temecula. The seller caused the escrow to fall through. I asked MSI to hold all of our possessions in storage at the last minute. They held everything for us, and delivered our possessions when the sale closed on our new home four months later! Their pick up and delivery was careful and professional.
